Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy


All orders are shipped from Melbourne VIC via Australia Post.

Orders are generally posted twice a week, normally Mondays and Fridays, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Pre-ordered items will be shipped by the expected date displayed in the product listing.

If you require a faster delivery dispatch, please contact me and I can arrange this for you!

DOMESTIC (AU)

Most small flat items (A6 - A4 prints, bookmarks, stickers etc.) are sent as untracked letters, but can be upgraded to tracked postage during checkout.

Larger items (A3 prints, pins, keychains etc.) will automatically be sent with tracked postage via Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL

Due to how costly it can be for delivery, flat small items will be sent via untracked stamp postage. If your order includes small but bulkier items (washi tape, pins, keychains)  it will be sent as an untracked economy air parcel, but can be upgraded to tracked postage during checkout. 

Larger/bulkier items will automatically be sent with tracked postage via Australia Post.

Tracked shipping is optional, but recommended in case your order is lost, Cycorg is not responsible for loss of untracked items.

Original pyrograph pieces/one of a kind items are always sent with tracking both domestically and internationally.

  • 1 - 3 months (Untracked)
  • 2 - 8 weeks (Tracked)

Please note I currently do not ship to the following places: Russia, Sudan & Israel.
